Assist clients in developing business strategies and plans, identifying growth opportunities, and optimising operational efficiency to drive long-term success and profitability.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management including integration management across multi-disciplinary teams throughout all project phases, from planning and design to construction and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
AUDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project and business risks. In addition, we can provide support with audits to ensure compliance with regulatory approvals and legislative requirements, and due diligence assessments.
ENGINEERING
Engineering assessments including feasibility studies, business case development, project engineering and discipline engineering to ensure projects deliver sustainable growth for our clients.
ACCESS & APPROVALS
Assist clients in negotiating access to lands and obtaining regulatory approvals, permits, and licenses for their projects, streamlining the approval process and minimising delays. Includes defining approvals pathways and strategy, government and regulator engagement, planning & environmental approvals management, cultural heritage and native title negotiation support.
EHS MANAGEMENT & ASSESSMENT
Post approval planning including secondary approvals, ready for execution, addressing preparation of environment, health and safety management plans and multidisciplinary assessment co-ordination to support compliance with consents and corporate standards. Includes engagement with various key stakeholders.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and materials tailored to each individual project and business, fostering positive relationships with government agencies, communities, traditional owners, landholders and other stakeholders through effective communication and consultation. In addition we can assist with community investment strategies, and local content & industry participation plans.
CLIMATE & SUSTAINABILITY
Assist clients in integrating climate change considerations and sustainability principles into project planning, design, and operations, to achieve their sustainability goals and reduce their environmental footprint. This includes development of sustainability reports, investigating emissions reductions and clean fuels opportunities.
